Secondly we called you several times to fix this, I didn't hear back. And lastly the amazon voucher that was used for this was already refunded back to you. No I don't agree to this. I tried calling you several times and you never returned my call. I had asked the refund on the voucher because you charged my credit card without my permission.
I can agree to no to do full blown pedi but nail polish came off next hr. and water she used to soak the feet was dirty and not clean.
You charged my credit card on file without my permission.
I have left several messages for you .
This is not best practice to store the card and charge it without customer's permission.
I want refund on this service.
