details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Although I have been contacted  by the owner (April 2) who has acknowledged that the work required is under warranty and will be repaired, he asked for a "couple of weeks" in order to schedule the repairs.  I have agreed, but requested that the work be performed prior to April 19th if possible.  He could not assure me that
would be the case.  Until the repairs have actually been made to my satisfaction, I cannot consider the complaint to be resolved.  My original contact with the company concerning this issue was on February 21st so as you can see, I have been extremely patient thus far.  I will be happy to provide a positive response once the work is complete.

Structural repair 4/22 - Tues
Cal Plaster (pebble repair) 4/23 Wed
Filled on 4/24 Thur
