I am rejecting this response because: Payment /closure is the only issue addressed by Safari Island and other issues concerning membership were not answeredThe account will be settled on our end and we are not satisfied with the service rendered

I have attached the signed membership agreement that Mrand Mrs*** agreed to upon joining our facilityThe 3rd attachment is the agreement where it states the cancellation policyI have attached that due to the voided check blocking the language on the 2nd attachment. According
to the agreed upon cancellation policy which is clearly documentedOur memberships are month to month NOT day to dayIt also states that these “monthly pre approved payments” are automatically takenWhen someone wishes to cancel we simply require a day written noticeObviously within that day period more “monthly” draft falls within that time periodAt no point in the mutually agreed upon document does it say Safari Island will prorate the last month of membership As I’m sure you know, if you have prior experience working with the health club industry day notices for cancellations are VERY common and so are “Month to month” memberships Lastly I would like to point out we have already made one exception for Mrand Mrs*** by letting them cancel via email with myself and not requiring them to come into the facility due to Mr*** stating it was a long drive for himAt this point we feel that the consumer is just trying get out of everything that they agreed upon when signing up for the membership
