I stayed at Safari Inn Motel In Swift Current Saakatchewan. Checked in at about 1205am on 10 November 2017, to check out the following morning. But was awakened at aprox 430am by Oil riggers revving their vehicles at 6500rpm. Diesel trucks that were very loud. This went on for long time, went to front desk and complained. Was moved to another room, but room was extremely dirty. Checked out and asked for refund, and was refused. I am demanding refund

Refund refund to my credit card for amount of room of $72.15
Would like to say in short that we entertained the customers first complain and moved him to a better room ( Kitchen Suit ) away from the highway noise. If the room he was moved to was not according the expectation customer could have asked for his money back at the time and not after sleeping in the room all night and demand money back after.
We can certainly entertain him and are willing to give him room at a discounted rate for his next stay at $50.00 for single occupancy.
