Review: For Valentines day, I paid this florist for an arrangement in advance for the amount of $34.64 on 2/8/13. On the day of pick up, the florist was unable to provide me my order in a timely manner. Meanwhile, they were busy fulfilling first-come-first-serve customers (e.g. people who didn't order in advance). I couldn't wait and they said they'd refund my money. I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 months now. I've called several times, talked to several different people, left several messages, and each time I was promised to be contacted soon by the owner. The last phone call I made, I notified the employee that if I did not at least get a phone call from the owner to discuss my refund within 24 hours, I'd report it to the authorities.Desired Settlement: I just want my $34.64 back!
