I figured the nice look of the building would be the start of a good experience. But I was wrong. I stood at the counter for 5 min before someone even realized I was there and when they did the first thing I was told is a have to move my vehicle because I have trucks coming in and out of here and supposedly I was in the way. If you didn't want anyone to park there why did you pour a new pad and mark out parking spots? I was never even asked how I could be helped. While I know you deal with alot of different sorts of people you live up to the image of treating everyone like a [redacted]. This is why I haven't been able to find a good place to recycle metal and most just throw it away. Thank you for living up to the stereotype!

gives purchase order number for manufacturing of blades and don't pay invoice

I took a full pickup truck load of recycling to Sadoff / Oshkosh today. I was cheated out of at least $100. [redacted] It always starts at the top.
