E-cig Joytech EGO AIO The retail price in our store for $and the E-cig that he brought it was priced in the $that mean it’s not from our store , Plus the e-cig it was completely damage and every thing was broken in their it looks like been used for long period he had choice by send it to the company and they will replace it for new one he had one year warranty on it , the company only expect return from the customer not the retail store , we did explain for him how to return it and get new one even no he brought from different smoke shop , his girl friend she’s the one purchase from the store not him ,and also we offer them a deal but he refuse but his girlfriend expect the offer ,we have everything is brand new , regarding the E-cigs we usually set it up for customers and they try it before they leave the store and the owner she doesn’t work at the store and their is no sadi working at the store it is only the manger and the employe .The employe that is working their the are trained very well and the have very good customer service.they tried to work out the problem like to fixed it or to replace the glass because it still working but he refuse , that’s why the employe called the manger and he still refuse any offer or any deal after that he was very rude to us and he started yelling at us after he spend over minutes in the store and one of the customer got scared and crying she told us to call the police and other customers also told us they will testify against him we ask him to leave the store but he refused that’s why we call the police on him because he was kind of dangerous for my employe and customers , we never used bad words on customers it is not allowed in the business , we have very good service for customers , you can check us on Facebook for the reviews , and also we have police report if you would like to check it out Sincerely , The owner of Sadi’s smoke shop ,, Thank you Sent from my iPhone purchase and also
