Review: Was on a payment plan for a bankruptcy to save my home from foreclosure but was able to modify my mortgage without any help from the law office. As explained to Mr. Cooper that the only reason for the bankruptcy was to save my home and I was able to do that by loan modification there was no need to file the bankruptcy. Being that the law office never started the bankruptcy because I was on a payment plan there was zero cost, zero time and zero expense by the law office I should be entitled to a refund of my $700 because the law office didn't do anything. After several calls about this situation I finally talked with him about the refund and was denied a refund. The law office didn't do anything for me so why should they get paid $700 for nothing. The consultation was free and because I was making payments the bankruptcy was not to be started until paid in full mean there was no work or time put into this case. I fill that I am due a refund because why would anyone have to pay for a service that was never started.Desired Settlement: A refund because the law office never started the bankruptcy, never placed any calls or anything for me to have to pay for.
