Review: I had 3 guns shipped to this location (you have to ship all guns to a federally licensed dealer). I called several times to find out when they arrived and each time I was told that the guns hadn't been delivered. After several months of this, I contacted the shipper and finally was able to trace it back, found the shipping manifests, the serial numbers, etc. When I confronted the company, the story changed to: they knew the guns had come in and he could immediately recall that they were sold to someone else. Initially he said he would reimburse me. He promised to send a check but that has not arrived (roughly 2 months). I've attempted to call but kept getting a fax signal on the line. I've emailed and have received no response. I went by Brad's place of business and he has now refused paying for the guns he sold that were not his. So he received items that weren't his, sold them without permission and now refuses to reimburse me.The only way I found out what happened was by confronting him with the proof that I knew they had arrived. He continually misrepresented their status until I had proof.Desired Settlement: Return both firearms or payment for them.

I spoke to the owner of Saddleback Valley Guns and he reimbursed me for the weapons. This ticket can be closed/deleted as the owner made good on his promises thanks in part to your efforts. Thank you.
