We found Saddleback Plumbing by looking up licensed companies on the Revdex.com website. After several no shows with other companies, including a no show from JMR Heating and AC that was supposed to repair the furnace (because it was still under warranty), we are so glad to have found Saddleback Plumbing. To make long story short, I got tired of calling JMR to fix their mistake, and I got tired of trying to set up appts with other HVAC companies. Saddleback Plumbing was easy to work with, honest, reliable, and took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. From the time I spoke with Kim to set up the appointment to the time that James showed up to repair the problem that another HVAC company screwed up, Saddleback was top notch from beginning to end. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with HVAC or plumbing.
