Saddle Box

This company makes it impossible to contact it directly or indirectly. I wish to cancel my subscription and I cannot.

This company's home page broadcasts "15% off your first box!!!" So, I bought my first box, but it charged me FULL price! There was no way to enter a discount code upon ordering - it says the way to contact them is by email. So I emailed five times, from two different emails (in case one wasn't getting through for some reason). No one ever responded.

Despite promising 15% off my first box, they have charged my credit card the full amount and no one is responding in any way to requests for them to honor their advertised price and refunding the 15%.
