Eyelash extensions were applied on *** on 11/12/of which I believe were done correctlyI have been using this same application process since I first started almost 2yrs ago with no problemsBefore I start any application I have to place
protection on bottom lid so that no bottom lashes get stuck to any being placed on top lashesOnce placing eyepads as well as surgical tape to bottom lid I ask my client if the placement feels ok for them*** replied yes, not till then did I start application of the extensionsIf at any point the eyepads felt different or uncomfortable she could have made me aware of her discomfort and I would have immediately stopped application to adjust themShe was asked atleast 1-more times during process if she was still ok which she replied yesAfter I was finished *** was asked if she liked the eyelashes and she said yesI spent no less than 1/hours carefully applying each individual eyelashThey were full and looked beautiful, because she liked the finished look and she still got to wear the eyelash extensions in addition with the time I spent applying I feel the money that was paid should not be refundedRegarding urgent care and prescription I do not feel I should have to be held accountable due to miscommunication from *** when she was feeling discomfort during application, which could have possibly prevented any irritation
