The real estate company I work for has changed email providerThe monthly fee for this email is plus taxI paid $August because of problem for SADA to set the email accounts up the start date was delayedMy email under the new provider SADA started October now they are going to charge me for the next month on November I have not had access to my email account under the new provider for the month that I have paid forThey claim that this is there policy to charge in the beginning of the month the problem is that was never disclosed and to me this is a principleSADA is taking money they have not earnedIf they want the payment on November it should be adjusted accordingly to the service they have provided
I have called the company 10/26/and they only refers to company policy
I don't like when big company think they can do whatever they like because nobody is going to bother to complain
