Upon receipt of your email, we researched the customer’s complaint, both in regard to his internet and not being able to reach a customer service representative. Upon examination of customer records and testing of the internet service to his home, we have discovered the following: • There have been no notification of service issues at the customer’s premises during the period mentioned. • Our wireless tests, since May 1st to today, show that there is 15 Mbps of internet being delivered to the customer’s premises. • We noted that the customer does have six (6) devices connected to his internet, which possibly may be the cause of the slow internet speed he occasionally experiences. • Our local Grants’ customer service office is open from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, we have a 24 hour “hotline” for internet technical support- ***- which is noted on our website. (Please see attached copy of the Company’s webpage with this information.) Providing reliable service and quality customer service is of great importance to us as a Company. In an effort to assure that Mr. internet is still running at full speed and to answer any questions he may have, we dispatched a technician to his home on the morning of May 10, 2017 to check on the internet equipment. However, Mr. advised our technician when he arrived that his internet was working and he didn’t need help. We urge all of our customers to call us when they have questions or problems so that we might assist them.
