To: Revdex.com Re: [redacted] Complaint Date: 5-9- May 10, Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding Mr [redacted] communication to us, as we have not heard from Mr [redacted] directly and were not aware he was experiencing issues with his internet Upon receipt of your email, we researched the customer’s complaint, both in regard to his internet and not being able to reach a customer service representativeUpon examination of customer records and testing of the internet service to his home, we have discovered the following: • There have been no notification of service issues at the customer’s premises during the period mentioned • Our wireless tests, since May 1st to today, show that there is Mbps of internet being delivered to the customer’s premises• We noted that the customer does have six (6) devices connected to his internet, which possibly may be the cause of the slow internet speed he occasionally experiences• Our local Grants’ customer service office is open from 8:a.mthrough 5:p.mMonday through FridayAdditionally, we have a hour “hotline” for internet technical support- [redacted] - which is noted on our website(Please see attached copy of the Company’s webpage with this information.) Providing reliable service and quality customer service is of great importance to us as a CompanyIn an effort to assure that Mr [redacted] internet is still running at full speed and to answer any questions he may have, we dispatched a technician to his home on the morning of May 10, to check on the internet equipmentHowever, Mr [redacted] advised our technician when he arrived that his internet was working and he didn’t need help We urge all of our customers to call us when they have questions or problems so that we might assist themIf, when they call, the line is busy, we strongly suggest that customers leave their name and number, and we will return their call as soon as possible Regards, Sacred Wind Communications, Inc

Additionally, we have a 24 hour “hotline” for internet technical support- [redacted]- which is noted on our website. (Please see attached copy of the Company’s webpage with this information.)  Providing reliable service and quality customer service is of great importance to us as a Company. In an effort to assure that Mr. [redacted] internet is still running at full speed and to answer any questions he may have, we dispatched a technician to his home on the morning of May 10, 2017 to check on the internet equipment.
