I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: In late June this year I placed an order with Sacramento Uniform for some new uniforms and boots. They told me their computers were down and they would send me an email conformation as soon as their computers were back up, within the next day or two. They also stated that my order should be filled within two to four weeks. They signed my purchase order as proof of purchase. To date I have not received any communication from Sacramento Uniform. I have contacted them on three different occasions. All three times they claim they have no record of my transaction, then with some further checking they are able to locate it. Sacramento Uniform then claims they will send an email verifying what was discussed, which never arrives.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to contact me from Sacramento Uniform, preferably someone who can help resolve these delays. Store manager [redacted] seems to be the person I need to speak to. I would like a date as to when my order will be filled.
