Sacramento Steel Roofing

Review: The roofing project agreement states that Sacramento Steel Roofing will provide the owner with a "50 year written Manufacturer's warrantee (non-prorated)" on the installed roofing system. After two months and seven requests the Company has failed to provide the warranty information.Desired Settlement: A. Provide the written warranty as provided by the agreement, or

B. Provide a $1,500 refund on the completed project.

Review: Sacramento steel roofing owner [redacted] 1. [redacted] does not answer or return any emails or phone calls.2. I paid him to re roof my house and put new gutters around the whole house but he only put gutters on sections he wanted not what was agreed. He then said his "gutter guy " will return to fix and place gutter on agreed places but never showed up.It's almost been 2 months and 10 calls to [redacted] and nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: Place new gutter along the whole side of the house.And refund $300 in cash for waiting and dealing with the fact I have been calling and emailing Sacramento steel roofing for the past 2 months.

Company states: We have already completed everything on the contract. We explained that we went above and beyond. We did it exactly as it was done in the contract. The dry rot specifically states that replace old dry rotted wood only not all wood. We ended replacing all the wood around the eave. I was not available so my workers went and replaced all of the gable wood along with the station board.

I am rejecting this response because:this has doesn't have anything to do with the "dry rot" he replaced.from the beginning I have been working with [redacted] the owner of the company and for sure I thought nothing could be missed.when we spoke we agreed that the whole property would get all new facia boards and gutters around the whole house.I do not know why he is bring up the facia boards.this complaint is in regards to the gutter.I have emails and text massages from [redacted] (owner of the company) stating that he would send out his " gutter guy".I honestly feel taken advantage from this company.?
