stating I have days from the date of the letter (10/6/17), to pay the balance or he will file a lien on my property The job is still not complete nor has he submitted to me an itemization for the prices of the plants Would you please advise me on what to do if anything, as I do not want a lien placed upon my property.Thank you, *** ***
