Review: My wife [redacted] the client had an appointment today 31 March 2015 at 2.00 pm for a medical consultation. When the appointment was made, over the phone we were told that children were not allowed. Today for the appointment we show up with our 4 year old daughter because we do not have the finances to pay a babysitter just to be able to have the consultation. I went with my wife because we both with to be present for the consultation. It's not a language matter. When we arrive we were again strictly reminded that children were not permitted. I informed the receptionist that we cannot afford a babysitter and we both wish to be present. At that point the Office Administrator [redacted] is called only to tell is that this is the office policy and that it cannot be changed or made exceptions for even if many other complaining couples disagree strongly and are very disappointed and asks us to remove our daughter from the lobby right away and only then reschedule the appointment. She was very rude and indifferent about explaining this very wrong policy that discriminates against low income families with kids.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like for the Office Administrator [redacted] to change her cold and indifferent attitude and apologize, but much more important I would like this COLD and CARELESS POLICY to change and allow parents who can't leave their children with someone else to bring them along.
