Consumer states: I have received my refund
Review: My daughter contacted this company to secure a prom bus for her group in MN. She authorized him to charge $300 down payment for this bus but when he discovered that bus was not available he then without authorization from anyone found a different bus for double the cost and charged $600 towards our CC and expected us to pay $2900 for this service when the original agreement was for $1600 total. We then contacted him and told him that we never authorized him to charge our card for this he claimed were were pasted his 72 hour rule. He never secured us a bus and he never was authorized to charge our credit card in the amount of $600! I had a conversation with him (Art) and told him I put a dispute on my CC for this unauthorized charged I found out he's is still trying to collect. He did NOT provide us any service and we had to book a party bus ourselves. He is trying to scam money out of us for something he never provided and he charged a CC for amount never agreed to. We would appreciate him dropping the challenge on our Credit Card Dispute immediately.Desired Settlement: We would appreciate him dropping the challenge on our Credit Card Dispute immediately!

Review: My sixteen year old daughter contacted the company to reserve a party bus for tolo over a month away. She reserved it on Friday 3/11/16 and made a deposit with her debit card for $1220.00. She signed a contract, but when they realized that she was only sixteen, they told her that she'd need a parent. I spoke with the representative on Saturday and gave him my information to send me the contract to review and sign. I provided my credit card number, but they said that they would not charge the account, they asked her to go to a [redacted] bank to make the deposit and they would refund her debit card. I did not agree with the contract, so my daughter called Tuesday 3/15/16 to cancel the reservation and requested a full refund to her debit card. They told her that they would need to keep a fee since she signed the contract, but we explained to them that it is not a valid contract since she is only sixteen years old and we want a full refund. The reservation was for 4/16/16, so we were still over a month from the date and feel this was an appropriate amount of time to cancel.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $1220.00 charge to my daughter's debit card.
