Review: My complaint is his failure to complete a written and verbal contract to provide hydrographic printing service we agreed on. I firmly believe that Sacramento Hydrographic and Mr. [redacted] were deliberately fraudulent in non-completing our agreement.
I entered a written and verbal contract (attached) with Sacramento Hydrographic and Mr. [redacted] on January 15,2014 to have 8 vintage metal car interior trim pieces hydrographically wood grained. Their price quote was $240.. plus shipping with an approximate 14-day turnaround.
This process took over 90 days (January 21st to April 21st) to return the trim pieces and 2 were improperly grained in the wrong direction, which Mr. [redacted] stated he would make good. It took a series of 18 e-mails and 7 phone calls (I have records of them for your inspection) to accomplish the original agreement. After contacting Mr. [redacted] of the problem on April 22, he agreed to redo the 2 parts for free and quoted me an additional cost of $100.00 to wood grain a second dashboard (attached e mail). I shipped the 3 parts to him on May 8, 2014.
Mr [redacted] contacted me on May 12th to inform me the parts had arrived and he would make a fast turnaround. I verbally agreed (my offer) to pay an additional $50.00 for a total of $150.00. On that day he charged my Visa account. That was the last time I had contact over the next 60 days. I sent numerous e-mails and made many phone calls leaving a message to let me know what was the hold up. These e-mails are available upon request.Desired Settlement: After my final e-mail and phone call on June 26th requesting some type of contact as to the disposition of the parts, I have not received any reply. It is now apparent that he and Sacramento Hydro graphics have fraudulently took my money and worst of all kept or lost the tree trim parts of my antique 1931 Ford Model A car, which are hard to replace. The parts alone will cost $300.00 to replace and with the deliberate rip off on my money, it is now over $500.00 with shipping Sacramento Hydor graphics has cost me. I will start with this formal complaint, as the option using Small claims court in the Alhambra area will be of the same result "No show" form Mr. [redacted].
