Review: I've contacted the Department of Water Resources back on October 8, 2014 regarding water misuse. My complaint informed the Water Conservation team that my neighbor was using an excessive amount of water in their backyard. The water from the neighbors backyard is seeping into my backyard, and has created large amounts of mold in the process. I've complained to the Department of Water Resources several times, and nothing has been done. The neighbor is still using the water. I've taken photo's of what this water is doing to my backyard. In my first complaint I submitted online, I sent the Department of Water Resources a photo as proof. Now my backyard has mold in it which was not there when I first complained. I called again today, and spoke with [redacted]. I have two service request numbers which are: [redacted], and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like for the conservation team to make a home visit to the neighbor's home to inspect their backyard. If they need to, they can inspect my backyard as well. I have to remove the mold from my backyard before it causes more damage.

I am very frustrated with the utilities service. I got billed without even requesting services. They charge automatically for offered services even if you never requested them. Buyers should be advice of this automatic bills before purchasing from this county.
