They have the worst patient serviceEven if you have an appointment, expect to still sit in the lobby for an hourThen another minutes after being roomed to be seen by a doctor Also if you're calling to make an appointment or for any other reason, expect to be on hold for a minimum of ten minutesI was in there two weeks ago to request for a referralI called to check on the progress and after being on hold for minutes, someone finally picked upSo to no surprise, they haven't even submitted my request to medical yetI was told to call back in another weekBad service? Believe it! There office is always pack and all you hear is patients asking when they will be calledOne time I was there, a pregnant woman was complainingI asked her how long she's been waiting and she said at least two hours!!! Omg! Time to change doctors/ clinic or health plan all together

They have the worst patient service. Even if you have an appointment, expect to still sit in the lobby for an hour. Then another 30 minutes after being roomed to be seen by a doctor. Also if you're calling to make an appointment or for any other reason, expect to be on hold for a minimum of ten minutes. I was in there two weeks ago to request for a referral. I called to check on the progress and after being on hold for 20 minutes, someone finally picked up. So to no surprise, they haven't even submitted my request to medical yet. I was told to call back in another week. Bad service? Believe it! There office is always pack and all you hear is patients asking when they will be called.
