Sacramento Bounce House Rentals

Review: I went on the internet in search of a bounce house rental company that could deliver a jumper unit for my son's birthday which was on new years day. I called a company called Sacramento Bounce House Rentals owned by a [redacted], I left a voicemail with his company and received a call back within 10min. of leaving the voicemail [redacted] took down my credit card information and said he would be emailing me a contract within a few hours. This was on 12/29/2013, well a few hours turned into 2 days and I would call [redacted]'s business number which is a cell phone number and he was not returning my calls. So I went onto his website and set up the rental and received a contract via email and I also paid for the rental. I then called [redacted] and left him a voicemail message letting him know that I set up the contract and not to double bill my credit card he never replied but instead text me this was on 12/31/2013. On 1/01/2014 I drove down to Sacramento, CA to my mom's house in order to meet the delivery person to drop off the jumper for 9am I waited for 3 hours and continued to call [redacted] and he would not take my calls instead he kept sending me to his voicemail finally at 12pm or so he answered the phone and stated that his truck had been stolen by his driver and there was nothing he could do and he was trying to call the police. He stated that I would not be being charged for the rental. Well at 2pm I receive a call from my son stating that the driver was there to deliver the rental and that he had been broke down on the side of the hwy all morning. I had my husband call [redacted] and he stated that he would charge us 75.00 for the jumper instead of 119.84. [redacted] returned to pick up the jumper unit at 10pm on 1/02/2014 and was paid 75.00 in cash by my mother due to the fact that we had to return to SSF to go to work on 01/02/2014. I then checked my bank account and found that [redacted] had also charged my card for the total amount of 119.84. I called him on 01/03/2014 he was to reverse the charge and call me back

Product_Or_Service: Jumper unitDesired Settlement: I feel that I should receive my entire charge of 119.84 back because I left the 75.00 in cash with my mother so that he could be paid and if possible the 75.00 also because I don't think he should have charged me anything for such terrible service and I am being told by my bank that I have to wait for 2 weeks to even file a claim to dispute the charges and work on getting my 119.84 back. I would really appreciate if [redacted] reverses the charges on my card and gets my money put back.

First an futher more this customer has no right even to make a complaint. I had not made the mistake . Wat did happen was I rented a bouncer to her and her mother had paid me 80.00 on time of pick up About 9;30 pm the next day the customer said she paid me threw my online website.. I told her I would pay her back once her payment had been recieved threw my bank. She demanded it instant. I was unable to due that. But offered to drop it off back to her mothers home where I picked up the rental unit.

She told me that chase bank was charging her for over draft fees due to ins funds in her acct. (That was not my issue.) but she wanted me to feel her mis use of her card. I extended a sory that happened to her but like I said I didnt do that . An she could get her refund. In cash and in person.

But she went one step futher and made a complaint. And that causes bitterness. When customers think they can just make a wrong an bad judgment on their behalf. I did not do anything wrong. I offered her refund in cash to be in person.
