Hi,They finally came out and fixed the dryer, thanks for your help.

Review: I stopped in at this appliance store looking for a washer and dryer on 2/25/16. I found a set that I had purchased for 275.00 and they were delivered that evening. They took my old washer/dryer and replaced with theirs. My washer works good, but my dryer doesn't work. I usually have to put my clothes through the cycle 3 times. I have asked them to come out twice and it still doesn't get hot. When I have called their office, the woman answering the phone is very defensive. I told her my dryer wasn't working even though someone has came out and she said that lent in the pipes was causing it and it is not their fault. I didn't even tell her who I was yet or what the problem was and she concluded that it was my fault. I finally said come and take this dryer back and give me my money back. I asked for the [redacted] and she said she is the owner and they are not going to do anything for me. I told her that my dryer is still under a 30 day warranty and she said "I don't care", we already came out twice and nothing is wrong with it. I basically can't used the dryer at all. She refused to work with me while I was being patient and professional with them. I would like to have my money back, I have no trust in the woman that answers the phone. I have asked for other staff and she will not let them on the phone.Desired Settlement: I would settle with another dryer from there, but the woman is not rational, so I would rather have a refund.
