I bought an engagement ring from this business and then have to return it.They advertised a "no hassle" return policy" and even though it was over a year since the purchase I needed to return the ringShe just refused to work with me even when I offered a restocking feeShe also texted me at *** am on a *** morning to tell me that I wasn't the person who purchased the ring when I was and then followed up with an email telling me to stop harassing her! I just want to return the ring which is in excellent condition and get my purchase amount back
