I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]
[redacted] admitted to us that she forgot to mention the cancelation policy, I have attached the email. The cancelation policy also is not included in the membership agreement. It's not just that we have moved, we both have new work schedules and several jobs that conflict with the gym's hours.
