We tried to no avail to help these peoplethe driver showed late and we sent a runner to get a jack from our local warehouse the jack we got was not the correct one for his trailer so I gave the driver the option to take the jack we had or to wait for the correct jack the next day and furthermore offered the option to return when the manufacturer sent the jack leg now when he excepted the first jack it was paid for as a warranty claim but the second jack would cost for parts and labor so come on and stop the lying to me my owner and the manufacturer saying you were promised something for free the veteran owner was never present and has continued to harass our staff .regards, [redacted] gen sales managerSac valley trailer
