Worst single “contractor” I have ever used in any field
While out of town, one employee, Mike, stayed the night in our house with the knowledge and consent of the job “foreman”, David Vic Pasielko, owner, denied it and not offer any recompense
Never mind my neighbor walked in on him while checking a leaking faucett in the kitchen
Vic was deliberately uncooperative with King County Sheriff inquiry to get the employee's name for trespass prosecution
David, the “foreman” does not know how to re-install baseboard, nailing indiscriminately ignoring where studs are and nailing right in the visible part of the base, leaving hundreds of nail holds that go unfilled with putty and have split base in half at the thin part Only an it nails baseboard in the middle of the base where it is weakest
David, the “foreman”, nailed the pocket door open and cannot close because he ignores where studs are while installing base
Employees left considerable food wrappers on the kitchen counter of food eaten from the pantry These workers are it/trash Left a chicken carcass and half eaten salad in garage fridge
Did not reinstall gas fireplace floor plate
Left large gouge in a step that did not exist before
Completely butchered hand railing leaving multiple nails protruding from the railing
Hand Rail Spindles are ¼ inch off the floor
Vic had the audacity to ask me if I wanted the powder room toilet re-installed What a stupid thing to ask
Vic demands cashier check payment made out to him thus avoiding state B&O taxes
WORST contractor in any field you could ever use
