Just wanted to followup with you regarding the delivery complaint that was made by [redacted].
According to our records, the shipment was marked as delivered on 2/23/15, however, the Fedex message said Signed by:  Scanner failure.
Once I was alerted to this, I promptly called [redacted] and left her a voice message and immediately resent the shipment of jewelry on 4/2/15.  Also included in her shipment was an extra pair of earrings for her trouble.
I hope this resolves this issue.

Review: I ordered products that were not delivered. I have tried to work with the consultant and with Fed Ex but neither party has resolved the fact that I do not have the jewelry I ordered. I have a letter from Fed Ex stating they do not have a signature and that I should seek my money back from Sabika.Desired Settlement: I just want the jewelry I ordered or my money back.
