Crew arrived as scheduled and completed as scheduled!!! A rare occurance in construction these days. Forman Jordan S did an excellent job handling Saber's crew and wrestling with the conditions of straightening things out with our raised foundation, which were very challenging in our situation. Foundation repair was completed and paid for in 2017 and 2018 to re-level a 2000 sq ft home including an approximately 50'x30' southern corner where noticeable interior wall cracks and several doors were not able to close/lock due to shifting foundation (heavy rains in 2016). The ***s repair immediately corrected the problem on all doors and only one sider had to be replaced and re-leveled. All interior cracks were quickly and completely repaired by homeowner. About 6 months ago, the same doors, previously corrected, started to not close or lock again and drywall cracks reappeared in same and additional areas of stress. ***'s initial customer service manager visit stated that this is a rare, but it has happened to other customers before and promised to return that week himself to re-adjust foundation levels to correct the problem. He did not return that week, or for several other weeks and after scheduled a total of three customer service visits to "measure" to interior floor. After each "measure" I never heard back from *** with a plan to correct problem and I had to keep following up. After six months, and damages increased every week, I provided a letter to *** management with a complaint that they were not honoring their warranty in a timely fashion. They requested to meet with their team and responded that they are not liable to make any repairs because their "measurements" of the interior floor showed no changes. I responded, strong disagree with their assessment and offered recent photos of misaligned doors and significant new cracks in interior as proof that the foundation has, in fact, gone through another shift. I request that my money paid be refunded so that I can hire another company to make necessary repairs.
