I don' usually order online and I feel people like this must be stopped, thier practices are very deceptive and unlawful.
Repayment of funds.and to exposed said company for fraud and stop them from doing this type of thing from concurring to others .I am a senior near retirement and am not used to ordering products online and am skeptical about doing so in the future
This response was taken verbally by the Revdex.com:
At this time we were unable to locate the customer with the information listed in the complaint. Please provide the name of the business or first 6 numbers of the credit card used.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have been without the funds in mt account all this time since November ,if they are trying to rectify this situation just send me two more bottle of product and I will call it a day.cc# XXXXXX.
Unauthorized debit from checking account for products not requested.
Pop up on FB offered free sample of facial creams for 1.99; I fell for it and put in my information, but before you get to the end, you have 4 different samples since you were never able to reject any of it. No terms, no agreements noted. Received product with nothing in the envelope (no paperwork with instructions) This was on or about 2-14-19.
On March 4, 2019 I had two debits from my checking account - one from GoodlookVNTV for 94.95 and a debit of $93.89 from BuiltPower.com.
The phone number online for GoodlookVNTV is a non working number (855-558-3096).
I did reach BuiltPower (888-258-5047) and was told I had 14 days to use and return the product if I didn't like it. I was told this information was in the terms, conditions and agreements. I never saw any terms or agreements. They told me they would reimburse me 35% of the charge and cancel my account with them (which I didn't even know I had). AND I never received anything from this entity.
When I called the company they also continued to say that the terms and conditions are on the website when it was ordered. I knew nothing about BuiltPower until the charge was put on my account and again, the popup that I fell for only asked for your information and at the end, just processed. I never went to any website.
I will be having my debit card cancelled today.
A refund in its totality is requested. BuiltPower - $93.89 GoodlookVNTV - $94.95 I never authorized any withdrawals for additional product; never signed any agreement nor received any paperwork or information from this company regarding any agreement. The two products that I was charged for are not even the samples that I received. Never again will I fall for a scan such as this.
Our program is explained at the time of purchase and on the website. We offered the refund to our customer with no return necessary. We do want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and experience with us therefore we have refunded the rest of the transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to show back. Thanks
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
It appears from the response from the business that they will be reimbursing me both charges as requested. If so, that is satisfactory.
I do want to say that the response the business sent you indicating that their program is explained at the time of purchase is not accurate as far as the time that I placed the order.
In addition, the "sample" items that I ordered were referred to as "Youthful Beauty". I knew nothing about "builtpower" or "goodlookVNTV", the two that I was ultimately charged for.
I will look for both refunds to be made to my account; if none is received, you will be notified.
Thank you.
I agreed to face cream samples that I saw on Facebook with no commitment beyond the initial samples. The samples are under the brand names Youthful Beauty and Clearly Perfect. They used Kimberly Guilfoyle as one of the sponsors. On my credit card statement it's listed as goodlookVNTV. If you Google goodlookVNTV it takes you to a site for Sabato Mighty Advertising in Clearwater, Florida. They are now sending product every 2-3 wks charging my credit card $94.00 for each shipment. This company is a total scam. Do NOT order from them or give them your credit card number. I've had to close out my credit card and the $200+ charges are now in dispute.
Refund My credit card company is working on refunding my money. I want others to know so that more people aren't scammed.
Our program is always explained at the time of purchase and in our website. We always want our customers to be satisfied. The customer has been already refunded the charges and we hope the customer is satisfied.
Sabato Mighty Advertising LLC, dba OneDailyCleanse.com, dba is attempting to charge me $94.95 for their product I neither ordered nor received.
On 9/26/2018, 11:26 pm, according to Simply Flawless Skin Care, I placed an online order for a trial amount (1 fl oz) of Anti-Aging Facial Serum, distributed by Advanced Beauty (ph888-924-2256). The ad stated I would be charged for the mailing fee only, $4.89, if my order was cancelled within 10 days of receipt. The sample was received 10/1/2018. Upon trial I decided I did not want the Facial Serum and cancelled any further order on 10/10/2018.
On that date, 10/10/2018, I noted on my *** statement the following dates and charges:
9/26: waytolookserumVNTV 888-247-2045 OH $1.99
9/26: dynamitefeelVNTV 855-541-3062 MN $4.89
9/27: SunSerumnow.com 877-365-8813 CA $1.99
9/27: PowerSupplyMuscle.com 888-247-6796 MI $1.99
9/27: OneDailyCleanse.com 800-477-4679 DC $4.95
None of these charges matches the description of the Anti-Aging Facial Serum I received on 10/1/2018, and all are fraudulent. I made no contact nor placed any order with any of them.
On 10/10/2018 I discussed these fraudulent charges with *** Customer Service, and they were removed from my account. I did state that I was willing to pay $4.89 for mailing charge for the Anti-Aging Facial Serum received, as I had cancelled the order within 10 days of receipt.
Onedailycleanse.com is now using the USPS package tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which does track delivery of the Anti-Aging Facial Serum to me, as compelling evidence for delivery to me of One Daily Cleanse, described on the One Daily Cleanse web site, as a weight loss agent and herbal laxative.
It is apparent from the 5 small charges to my credit card listed above, that all 5
1) had knowledge of my Flawless Serum order date;
2) access to my credit card account number, and probably,
3) accesss to the USPS Tracking# that One Daily Cleanse fraudently used to claim I received their product.
4) The most likely common source may be known to Sabato Mighty Advertising LLC.
Sabato Mighty Advertising LLC should stop trying to collect payment from my *** credit card account for their fraudulent claim.
All charges are always explained to our customers at the time of purchase and in our website. If the customer would had contacted us we are always willing to help and satisfy our customer by any means necessary. The are no more charges and will not be on the customers account as the account has been cancelled. Thanks
Unauthorized $94.95 debit from checking account on september 8, 2018 for a $ 1.99 sample. The same for Builtpower.com a $93.89 debit; SCAM
A pop-up on my cel, offered a sample cream for $1.99 on August27, 2018, goodlookVNTV,StunningworkcreamVNTV ON, Builtpower.com, healthbeautifullook and suncreamforme, initally billed me 1.99 each, 4.95 from suncreamforme and $4.89 from builtpower, all of them with their miraculous samples, which I was unable to reject from the order form once my information was entered for my 1.99 sample. On September 8, 2018 a debit in the amount of $93.89 and an additional debit for $94.95 were processed against my account without my authorization. I never signed any agreement, nor I acknowledge authorizing those charges. It is definitely a scam. These companies appear to be flight by night companies, operating as recently as of March 2018. I did not know then, and I have always been skeptical... I also fell in their trap, please don't be the next one. This is a scam. MOST IMPORTANT: NEVER GOT THE SAMPLES $202.66 STOLEN FROM THESE PEOPLE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
A refund in its totality is requested since the sample was never received and unauthorized withdrawals were made. I never signed any agreement nor spoke to anyone on the telephone for any agreement on debit/withdrawals from my account. There was no known address to contact them because at first the name of the businesses was unknown until all of the withdrawals were processed by the bank.
Our product offer is always explained on our website and at the time of purchase. We also can be contact if the customer is not satisfied with our service. We have looked into the customer's account and as a courtesy, we have refunded the charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to show bank on the account. Thanks
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Product offer is not clearly explained/specified. If it would've been, there would've not been similar complaints handled by Revdex.com. I am not the only one who has fallen on this trap. The more I review; there more I have found MANY PEOPLE having faced the same situation under similar if not identical circumstances; unauthorized charges. Thanks to the Revdex.com, the least the company could do was to proceed with a refund. A suggestion to the company is to have an actual link in which those opting for the product offer and the automatic withdrawals, to literally knowingly authorize the offer, in which an acknowledgement and agreement is completed and finalized between the parties. Thank You Revdex.com for your assistance and intervention!
Built Power along with suncream skin care, promised to refund mi money. However, I have attempted to notify them that the refund must be mailed to my address because I had to close the account as a result of their unauthorized charges. They must direct their payment to ***
San Juan, P.R. 00927
My previous attempts via electronic correspondence to the address they provided have been returned due to "undeliverable message"
Your assistance is certainly appreciated; without your intervention no action would have ever taken place from them. I only expect a final resolution through a refund.
Thanks
