Review: I brought my car to the shop on December 14, 2013 to get a new transmission and speedometer so it would pass emissions. I paid $1,300 cash for repairs. About a week later I was advised that the vehicle failed emissions test and would need a new oxygen sensor and flexible pipe to pass. I agreed for the repairs and paid $718.38 cash for the same. Since that time I contact the shop weekly to learn the status of my vehicle. I know have two(2) tires that are flat from sitting and there is a considerable amount of damage and dirt on the inside of my vehicle not to mention the fact that I have been without my vehicle since December. I have damage to the entrance of the driver side door and tried to start my vehicle but the battery has almost died and they used all the gas inside of the vehicle and let my tags expire. I haven't received any paper work from the emissions showing that it has failed. They changed the dashboard which wasn't required for a speedometer and just left the old one in the passenger seat. I have pictures that they have smoke cigarettes in the back of my car and I am not a smoker. They even had empty beer cans in the inside of my vehicle and my sunroof cover on the inside is off track.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive all of my money back in full plus interest. I do not have any knowledge that any repairs have been done or fraud regarding my transmission. The damage that was cause by them I would like for them to repair back to normal.
