*** ***I notified ***, the distributor of the product in question, that the Federal consumer products safety commission came took photos of the device and interviewed me. Upon notifying *** of this, they authorized a refund and will be doing an investigation as well. You may close this complaint as the consumer products safety commission is investigating and I have received my refund from *** so no refund would be required from the manufacturer. Thanks*** ***
