Client had actual knowledge of our fee structure, signed our contracts, and gave us the go-ahead to file his Income Tax Return. Client then left our office and came back two hours later to cancel said return after Client went to H&R
Block, who allegedly stated they would have done it for "less money"
It is quite apparent that Client had gone to our major competitor to "price out" our work. One only need to 'copy-and-paste' the work done in order to undercut the "original" who performed it

Review: he overcharged me with a fee,,, he charged me 500.00dlls for my w2 tax return,,,it took him like 15 minutes to do it ,,it was a simple w2 ,,,never told me that my refund was going into his account and that he would call me when my check wood be ready ,that way he overcharges people having control of peoples money,,,when I tried to cancel the service he said I couldn't do that cause it was too late,,,its a rip off,,,very unproffesional,,,not friendly ,,,guy needs to be more responsible,proffesional and customer service oriented,,,its a total scam.Desired Settlement: I want a part refund for the fee,,,at least 50%,,,
