Review: S2padvisors called me last july telling me that the call was from rbc bank, they said I was chosen to recwive the .99% interest rate on my rbc credit card because I am a good payer...they told me I need to pay 1000 us dollars to get that rate., but they added that I am not oblige to pay that amount, they said all I need to do is to pay my credit on time and it will pay for itself. They said aftet three months my interest rate will become .99 percent. Its been almost 4 months now and my credit card interest rate doesn't change.....so I called [redacted]...and they said they dont know about that offer and they can not refund my money...and that I need to pay them 1200 US dollars that was charge from my credit card.I try to call sp2 company but I cant reach them...they called once but the line was cut and they never call back again.Desired Settlement: I want the company to explain why they said the call was from rbc bank....why they dont give the .99 interest rate....and ask them to pay the interest charge the bank charge me on my account since july including the 1200 dollars they ask me to pay.
