First of all [redacted] it's not entitled to any refunds or any additional work for the next reasons first of all she didn't hire us she did not sign the contract with us we was a subcontractor on this job the general contractor company green cross construction LLC fail to.follow our terms in the contract and give us a NSFHe on12-01- and that's consider BREECH OF CONTRACT so we don't have to do any additional job now for the basement floor that she says it's not level her general contractor [redacted] her nephew he it's the one who shot elevation all we did was pour the slab following his elevation and for the grass window she is saying we didn't pour it's lie I have the concrete line pump operator as a witness for wall that she is also complaining about it her general contractor first he say and even send me a picture of a similar capstone work they where going to do to and she is also saying we didn't us vibrator on the walls she was there when I told her nephew [redacted] the general contractor because of liability insurance and safety of my employer's and concrete pump operator we were not going to use a vibrator high risk ofCONCRETE walls blow out when you pouring against dirt and walls are more then 12" thickness and over ' higher both agree I also told them walls were not going to be a baby's bud smoth they say to me we will do capstone we did find out on 12-7-about the insufficient fund Check was bounce and we finish the job on 12-6- they new what a fraud did to our company that's why both of them they were pushing us to getThe job done before we find out the Check was not good and that's why we are taking legal actions and lien it's being recordedAt court and we will enforced she is also wrong on the dates I have contract sign date on 11-10- notice of a right to a lien was certified mailed on 11-18- so we are cover under Oregon construction laws we subcontractors we have business days excluding Saturday's and Sunday and holidays to send this notice of a right to a lien Oregon contractors state board did not force us to do any additional work or repairs because our job it's under the tolerance of OREGON SPECIFICATION CODES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND WE WILL RESOLVE THIS .MATTER IN COURT
