S. Warren Paving

This company was doing work at my neighbors house a few weeks ago. They parked all their trucks in front of my house to unload the bobcat and other equipment. The crew was laying on my front lawn during breaks which was awkward considering they were not doing work for my property but not a big deal.

Upon leaving they damaged some of our landscaping lighting loading up the bobcat on their trucks which prompted me to call and speak to someone. They advised that I would receive a call back and never did.

Several calls later my wife spoke someone who said "the guys said they didn't do it" and that someone was going to call me back. This was over a week ago and no call.

I believe that the guys don't know they did it...if they did know I would have expected them to knock on my door to tell me but they obviously didn't realize they damaged the lights.

Today my wife received a nasty VM saying they are not responsible for the property they damaged...

I had a walkway done by S Warren Paving this spring and I couldn't be more happy. It was done very professionally and with great care. These guys were very patient and polite with all my concerns and questions. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks Scott and crew for a job well done.

Review: S Warren Paving installed a new driveway for me last year. This spring I noticed holes developing in a few areas. It looks like stones came out. I have called them at least 10 times since April 2014, and I keep being told I'm on their repair list. When I asked them when that will be, I get no definite answer. Last week I told them I was going to file a Complaint unless they came and they told me that they left a message with the repair crew to contact me immediately. I still have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want these holes repaired. It's a new driveway and should look like one

Review: Black top driveway installed with inferior material &/or workmanship resulting in settling and disruption in proper pitch. End result is a drainage issue. I have contacted company multiple times over past 1/12 yrs but have yet to speak to someone re: solution.Desired Settlement: Replacement
