Review: This company damaged our screen, doesn't return our phone calls, took our damaged screen and still has it nearly a month later. We just want to be contacted and get our screen back, hopefuly repaired but at this point repaired or not, which we have also stated in messages to them.Although we have done business with them numerous times over the years, we were surprised to find when opening our windows that they had put a fist size whole in one of our screens. After a week of trying to contact them and leaving several voicemail messages, we finally reached them and they said they would pick-up the screen and repair it within a few days. After a week, we called a couple of times and left voicemail messages, then finally received a call back that they would pick up the screen that day, which they did.After another week and a half, we began leaving voicemail messages asking about the status of our screen. After many messages and nearly three more weeks, I finally called and someone picked up. They acted surprised that we had not received our screen back yet, that they would be in the area sometime over the next three days, and that she would talk to the owner. We have since called several more times over those three days and now past that, because we have not received our screen nor been contacted.Desired Settlement: We want our screen back, preferably repaired. If not repaired, we want our screen back with the full cost of the repair paid for by them. If they no longer have our screen, we want the full cost of a replacement screen paid for by them.
