I have attached all text messages between [redacted] and myselfThe pictures that were included in the text did not transfer to the documentIt also transferred the messages in reverse order Everything that was done was agreed to before he picked up the JeepThat included fixing the old hood, left rear quarter panel, rust on drivers side rocker panel, sanding, priming and painting entire jeep except for the interior for $ The hood, rear quarter panel and rocker were fixed The drvier front fender was not sanded properly and is still showing signs of previous chips in the old paint I have discovered that there are some areas the were not primered as the paint is peeling off revealing the lack of primer The paint does have bubbles, trash and splatter There is also overspray on the entire jeep including frame and underbody (that had already been coated with fresh paint) and the inside of the hardtop The matte finish on the hardtop WAS agreed to upon the time he picked it upIn fact his wife was the one that mentioned that Matte would be the best look for it After filing the complaint with the Revdex.com [redacted] proceeded to call me during my work hours and left me a message saying " I wouldn't answer the phone eithersee you some day soon [redacted] face" A few hours later he called again during my lunch break and I did answer at that time, thinking maybe he had realized how unprofessional he wasThis was not the case he proceeded to say "I'm writing all this down going to give it to may lawyer for defamationyou little mother f*" When I picked up the Jeep it was sitting outside and the sun was setting so the defects in the paint weren't apparent at that time only the overspray and missing and unpainted bolts He offered to find new bolts and paint themWhen I mentioned the defects in paint he then refused to do any more as you can see in the textsRegards, [redacted]
When I first went to look at the jeep Mr *** explained that he didn't care about a lot of repairs to be made to the jeep and wanted a scuff and shoot paint job because of his buget he just wanted the correct colors therefore I quoted him a price he could afford for what he was asking
There was to be a new hood with no body work when I asked him about that he told me that he didn't wanna get one because he didn't believe it would fit correctly an I told him that this hood has damage an he argued about payin extra to fix it properly so I repair a couple dents and painted his old one After the jeep was in my shop he added inside door jams and interior side doors to be painted and added a matte finish to the top of the jeep all which cost me more labor and materials which mr *** would argue about any extra charge for the added work or material So to make everything go smoothly I did the extra work an didn't charge him anything After mr *** was happy with the jeep at time of pick up he loaded it on his trailer an then ask me where bolts where that he said I was suppose to paint and there was never any bolts given to me an never a discussion about painting any boltsIt doesn't surprise me one bit he has writin a complaint !

Everything that was done was agreed to before he picked up the Jeep. That included fixing the old hood, left rear quarter panel, rust on drivers side rocker panel, sanding, priming and painting entire jeep except for the interior for $1800.
The hood, rear quarter panel and rocker were fixed.
The drvier front fender was not sanded properly and is still showing signs of previous chips in the old paint.
I have discovered that there are some areas the were not primered as the paint is peeling off revealing the lack of primer.
The paint does have bubbles, trash and splatter.
There is also overspray on the entire jeep including frame and underbody (that had already been coated with fresh paint) and the inside of the hardtop.
The matte finish on the hardtop WAS agreed to upon the time he picked it up. In fact his wife was the one that mentioned that Matte would be the best look for it.
After filing the complaint with the Revdex.com [redacted] proceeded to call me during my work hours and left me a message saying " I wouldn't answer the phone either...... see you some day soon...... [redacted] face"
A few hours later he called again during my lunch break and I did answer at that time, thinking maybe he had realized how unprofessional he was. This was not the case he proceeded to say "I'm writing all this down going to give it to may lawyer for defamation......... you little mother f[redacted]"
