I hired Scott to replace my shingles and in a very short while I lost a fewNow two years later I've lost more and I have a lifetime warranty and I've made phone calls and I've gotten no response back
Even one star seems to highScott S*** has done quite a bit of stuff at our house for the last yearsEach time he seems to become more and more unreliableA couple of months, came to our house saw the job to be done, said he could do it very enthusiasticallyDespite that he refuses to show up, take calls or respond to textsI have asked him if we should look for someone else, he doesn’t reply to that eitherGiven him multiple opportunities to say noBut he just does not respondI like him as a person but I think he is become very inconsiderate, impolite and absolutely undependableI feel bad writing this but U do not wish for others to go through thisMaintains our homes can be hard enough and no one needs a contractor who can’t honor his word

We have gone out to the customers house today 12/17/14 to fix the problem.
Review: This contractor installed an entirely new roof with plywood on my house 2 years ago. A few weeks ago roof tiles with the nails still in the tile came off and landed in the driveway. I called the contractor several times to come back out and look at it. The contractor called be back once and said he would have someone look at it. About a week has past and no response after calling the contractor several times and leaving a voice mail. Since then, a nor-easter rain storm has caused excessive leakage into the home and probably causing water damage.Desired Settlement: Fix the roof tiles and stop the leak immediatley before more rain and snow storms come again.
