Company was hired to remove and replace bathroom fixtures, sink, toilet,and floor.after reviewing the job site, and told "this was our only bathroom" we were told this could be done in a day, maybe two, but took over 3 months, with many excuses why he could not return. [redacted] was not totally knowledgeable about removing and replacing floor and tub fixtures, after realizing the floor could not be removed we were charged extra for floor patch and left without water for over a week. We were told he would return and remove all excess materials, including old sink and toilet but items were left on our property until my husband and I removed it all.Our attempts to have him return and complete the job, replace floor tiles that are not secure, replace molding around floor and and some general cosmetic touch ups, he became enraged and refused to accommodate us.
