S. S. Paving

Review: I contracted S.S. Paving to redo my driveway which they did on 5/28/15. I did not immediately notice that the left side of my new driveway did not have a clean edge as the right side of driveway did. The asphalt on the left side was mashed into the grass in my front yard and is crumbling and the drain pipe for my flower bed is clogged with asphalt. I called and spoke with the salesman, Henry, who came over to review my complaints and assured me he would "take care of it" and would send his crew out the following week to fix it but would have to call me to set up the date because he didn't have the schedule with him, he never called. I have called him weekly since 7/10/15 but he keeps putting me off or does not return my phone calls. I paid $2,700.00 for a new driveway that took me 4 years to save up for. I am a disabled cancer patient trying to fix my house as best I can. The company has been paid in full, I do not appreciate being taken advantage of, especially when the owner of the company made a point of telling me he was a "Good Christian". The driveway is now starting to crumble on the edges and weeds have started to come up through the asphalt. All I want is the driveway I paid for, not the mess they left.Desired Settlement: I want S.S. Paving to repair my driveway, making sure it is edged properly on both sides and remove the asphalt that has started to crumble, seal the driveway to prevent the weeds from coming up through the asphalt and remove the asphalt that is stuck in the drain pipe of my flower bed.
