In the month of February, 2019 I bought 4 tires Goodyear "Viva 3" at Walmart Store. One of the tired got flat and it was replaced by another Goodyear Viva la 3 Tire in May, 2019. Two tires needed to be replaced in the Month of August and since I have no warranty at Walmart I took my car to ***. My two tires were replaced and I was happy since they said to me tires had warranty.The day I left I didn't check on the tires trusting on their services. They have repaired other issues with my car before and I fully trusted in their services until now. My Invoice shows "GOOD YEAR ASSURANCE ALLSEASON/65K WARRANTY (205/55/R16) sadly they replaced my tires for Uniroyal tires instead of Goodyear ASSURANCE ALL SEASON MODEL. I did not noticed this until last Friday (February 14) when I took my car to ask for my tires WARRANTY. They said I have no warranty since they didn't change the Uniroyal tires and make bunch of bias excuses. I'm currently driving with Two GOODYEAR VIVA 3 tires from Walmart and two other tires that were supposed to be GOODYEAR ASSURANCE but the tires are UNIROYAL. Obviously, The stores manager denied and keep saying that she didn't believe my story and that the tires they put were the Goodyear Assurance. I tried to talked to the owners and she screamed at me instead which is a terrible behavior towards a customer.

Refund I don't want to deal with these ladies and shop every again so warranty is out of the picture. I would like a full refund of the tires.

After revising the customer's concern and the situation, S&S Money Auto Repair would like to install 2 Good Year tires free of charge. We would like to speak to the customer and arrange for that to happen.

I don't accept the desire resolution of S&S Money Auto Repair and Sales. I ended taking my car to another mechanic *** and spend $224.70 for the tires. I would like the refund of that amount and the rotational & alignment that cost 85.55 which I did at S&S Money Auto Repair and Sales the day of the incident .

According to our records *** has done repairs with our repair company's other than us.
She first came to us on June 4,2019 and was given an estimate requested by customer due to noise in front of vehicle. The estimate advised her to have her front right axle replaced, shocks done and an alignment plus her muffled was broken. Seems she was in an accident or drove ALOT. All she had done was her muffler. (See documents attached)
On 8/16/2019 She wanted to take care of the bent wheel, 2 Good Year Assurance tire and alignment.
On 1/25/2020 She came in with a nail on her front left tire.
On 2/15/2020 She came in needing to have two new tires installed due to metal showing and an alignment. After reviewing her vehicle she had two good year in perfectly good shape and 2 Uniroyal tires in the front.
In conclusion, given the circumstance, I would settle with giving her a prorated refund based off the use of the Good Year tires on her vehicle that were installed by us but she claims that we installed another brand tire and a prorated amount on alignment as well just to settle manners between us. We are not here to take advantage of our customers or be take advantage of either. Total refund will settle on is $ 208.75

Good afternoon ,
I accept the refund of the company. I really hope that the company learn the lesson of not thinking that the customer are not able to see how they take advantage of their customers .I hope the company discontinue the method of putting other brand tires into their customer cars and practice more respect towards their customers.
I haven't received the refund from my complaint.
The payment has been sent out via check on 4/16.
