I've provided proof of payment to CCS on three separateoccasionsFurther, after contacting *** *** back in January about this issue, they sent CCS proof of paymentIt's completely unacceptable that it took year for a resolution when I provided proof (see attached) that payment was made directly to Liberty on Dec 19th 2015.

These are the questions that I have and to find out I have a debt and NO LETTER was ever sent to meTherefore this collection should be removed from my fileIt's not right
