Review: mr [redacted] installed a metal roof on my home only 2 years ago and it has 3 leaks in it. I have caulked in places I thought it may be leaking but, it still leaks. also, we were told by insurance to replace the roof and mr [redacted] gave us an estimate that we thought included everything but when he stated he was done, the roof did not have the snow guards and he said he forgot to add those and that would be an additional $800. I have tries repeatedly to contact him to fix the leak but the line always says voice mail full.Desired Settlement: fix leak and install snow guards with balance already paid.
