the main company. So unless medicpad gives up the vendors information and takes action against the vendor to resolve the issues themselves I am not satisfied. They both are telling me to report to the other for my issue. I believe that head company should take accountability and handle the issue. Medicpad did not state to me that they were a wholesaler via email. I believe that is deceptive practices simply because even though they have the ability to wholesale their product does not make them a wholesale company.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
