I was out of heat during the very cold weather we just had I called AFinchum on a Friday night & the technician came out on Saturday morning and said my circuit board was burnt up.He sent Mark ( Sales Manager ) out & he gave me an estimate for a new Unit which was installed on Monday I am very pleased with Jason ( technician ), Mark ( Sales Manager ) and Jerry & Joe ( installers ) with the job they did and how nice & polite they were You have a Great Team & I will definitely use your company in the future and will highly recommend you to othersThank you for a job well done
On the coldest morning of the longest cold spell in Knoxville in years, my wife, daughter, granddaughter and myself were shivering because the old HVAC unit had crashed Installers Curt and Dino showed up at my front door on that 7-degree Saturday morning with smiles on their faces They had worked several twelve-hour days in a row and I knew they must have been exhaustedBut you would never know it by the way the handled this very tough attic install, which was made much more difficult by the shoddy installation of my old unit by God knows who Curt was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the installation process, which really educated me on how my new unit would work I can't say enough good about Curt and Dino, who are true professionalsThe installation was prefect and the unit functioned flawlessly
The sales rep Mark came out on Friday and explained my options in detail and once I made my decision, the installation was completed by the end of the next day Now that's what I call excellent customer service Trust me folks, you don't need to look any further that A-Finchum to install a new HVAC for your home
DO NOT CALL A-FINCHUMThey came out to my house yesterday and looked at my unitHe was there for minutes, said he couldn't help us at all and needed a check for $He was going to have his superior come quote the job because it was going to be bigger than he could do aloneHe refused to temporarily allow airflow to our upstairs even though he could have overrode the system to at least get it to where we could sleep in our room upstairsSaid he couldn't help us at all, but we still owed him the service callAgain, he was there minutes and was hours LATEHe was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed to be thereThen this morning, we get a voicemail from the secretary of their office saying they do not have the "man power" right now to re-structure some duct work and fix our issueHowever, made no mention of the $we paid them for coming to do nothing the day beforeSo now two days later after attempting to work with them, we still have no air in our house and no solution to the problemI am so extremely frustrated and want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone elseThe process was extremely unprofessional and cost me unnecessary moneyStay away
We recently moved into an older home During a cold spell, our heat pump wasn't working correctly Called A-Finchum on Tuesday morning, and they couldn't give me an exact time, which is understandable because it was a really bad cold spell for our area Tuesday evening, the lady called me back and apologized for them not making it to our place She also wanted to make absolutely sure we had some source of heat, which we did So we rescheduled for Wednesday The tech made it to our place Wednesday and figured out that a breaker for the heat strips of the heat pump had inadvertently been turned off It's an older house, and the breaker box isn't exactly easy to figure out, at least not for me He was friendly and professional, we now have heat, and everybody is happy Thank you very much, A-Finchum
This is the second unit Finchum has installed for meThe first one lasted yrsHave nothing but good to say about themThey are honest, prompt, and do what they say when they say they willI have recommended friends and family that have had the same serviceNot only do they sell, they service hat they sell and others too! If you are in need of HVAC sales and service you are doing yourself a disservice if do not give them a call
We still cannot believe how smoothly the purchase and installation of our new gas furnace and air conditioner went! I have posted a complete review on Google but wanted to express my husband's and my satisfaction at Revdex.com as well
This company rendered excellent service !! Our heat pack unit went out We called James regarding a new unit The price was very fair They came out the next day at the appointed time they stated they'd be at our house The service tech's were very nice and respectful They went straight to work and didn't dally round There was some unforeseen problems with the duct work They didn't blink an eye, they called their office and had the required parts delivered the the house They then finished the installation They explained the operation of the unit and the new thermostat The after installation clean up was 1st class !!! Thank You very much A-Finchum !!!!!!!!!!!!

Our air stopped working after 8:p.mon a very hot and humid night in July and we called the phone number on our thermostat to get help from the one heating and air company that has never let us down! Within a couple of minutes we received a call from Mike Bell who asked a couple of questions and said he was on the wayHe greeted our barking and hot Yorkie when he came in and told her he would have her cool very soon He did just that after climbing into a sweltering attic and making several trips up and down the stairs emptying water from the drain pan The unit was installed by A-Finchum in late and this was the first service call we had since the installationMike explained how the safety valve had shut off to prevent leaking and explained how the drains can stop up and cause issues
I was on the phone with Misty from the A-Finchum office who was making sure we had gotten a prompt call and service She and Mike worked together to set up a maintenance plan for us to prevent future issues Misty called the next day to schedule the first service for the Fall and we were all set
