I have to premise this by saying I usually never write reviews unless I am incredibly happy with the service I receive. I have gone through a lot of A/C and heating companies in the past and always felt like they did not know what they were doing and just wanted to sell me a new unit. Then 2 years ago I called Sr A/C and Heating, the owner, Andy, was quick to respond and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Which, by the way, was the wrong fan installed by another company a month earlier which made my electric bill sky rocket. Then again today I need service and call SR A/C and heating and got the same great service. He could have charged me a fortune, but was honest and said it was just the capacitor. Andy was quick to respond, diagnose and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company!
