The complaint is correct in every regard I have looked at the spot that they have requested to have mortar placed and have concerns that it is unnecessary for any structural reason and feel that once it is mortared they will be unhappy with the end resultThis item was inspected by local building authority and passed their inspectionTodays date is 12-12-and I will have mortar placed where they have requested before 12-19- I will be glad to do this but do want my concerns to be noted.Thanks***
There is no warranty concerning a spot on the floor after someone moves in.This is not and will not be a warranty issue.Buyers spill things and neglect the floors and as a builder I can not be held responsible for these occurancesThanks***
